One word: Jackpot.

After an at home date night Friday night, we woke up early Saturday morning to eat some breakfast and head to the Goodwill!

Jackpot.

Running a smidge late we rolled into the parking lot on two wheels! As soon as we pulled up the line that had formed, which was ridiculous, was going into the building. Brandon dropped me off at the door, I grabbed and buggy and took off the jackets. I am kind of obsessed with jackets-and if you ask me, those are the best deals! So...finding nothing, I went to the shoes. Let me tell you how crazy some of the people are in there... I'm like obviously more then HALF WAY down the shoe isle and it's so small that me and my buggy barely fit in there. Well, here comes this lady full force down the isle and she tries to squeeze by me. Really? Are you blind? So...me being the nice person I am, I'm like...'If you back up I will leave.' So she moves and I put my buggy at the end of the isle and finish looking at shoes. At the end of the isle I have a handful and no buggy. Someone stole it. Awesome. THANKS LADY.


So, I run/hop {boot} to the front and get a new buggy and go to the pants. I was in need of work pants, so I knew I needed to do some digging there. Amongst the brands I saw where everything from Walmart & Target-Ann Taylor, Gap, Express and tons more. Finding pants is difficult enough for me, just because of the fact that I have wide{ish} hips, zero junk in the trunk and giraffe legs. I had in my buggy everything from a size 0 to an 8. So I have a huge pile of pants, some shoes, swing by the sweaters and shirts, and then hit the dressing rooms.


10 minutes later I was heading for the check out line. In the check out line I always look over all my finds just to check and be sure there are no stains, holes, etc. Which, unfortunately I found one tiny bleach stain on a pair of brown pants. Boo.


P.S. While all this was going on, Brandon was hunting some for himself, looking around the house stuff, and being the sweetest patient husband!

Brandon found a nice Columbia fleece and we found dad this orange thermal in the check out line! Couldn't pass up a nice $2 shirt for dear ol dad!

We also got a Battle of the Sexes Board Game. Believe it or not all the pieces are there! We already played it and it was so fun!

This weekend we had crab legs. Ohhhh man. Yum.

And we bought Connect Four. Um, best game ever. Nickelodeon can take away those awesome tv shows we used to watch in the 90s, but Matel would never take away the good games! And he lost. Poor thing ;)

This weekend we also went to Plato's Closet and made some Dolla Dolla Bills Ya'll!

All in all, it was a pretty great weekend!
