Amanda Forbes: Fill in the blank Friday

It's Friday. YAY! So excited for the weekend. This has been a LONG week. Today I'm linking up with Lauren for

1. The highlight of my week was so many things. Our dresser finally coming in and completing our bedroom furniture, hosting community group at our house for the first time, and wearing heels for the first time in over two 1/2 months!

2. If I had to classify my interior design aesthetic it would be modern, with a twist of traditional. Brandon loves the modern look, but I definitely add my traditional home-y thouches!

3. My first vehicle was a 1995 purple 2 door neon. Oh yeah!

4. An item I need to have in my day in order to function is iPhone. Sad huh? Without it I would: be late to work, not know what time it is, not be able to capture memories through pictures and videos, etc. etc.

5. My favorite way to waste time is with my two favorite boys, running, cooking, or Instagram.

6. Right now I could really go for a nice long 5-6 mile run. Dying to hit the pavement!

7. This weekend I will be in the tornado crouch position. Kidding, but not really. I hope the weather doesn't get that bad! Don't have much planned other then helping my niece find a prom dress, hanging out with friends and family! HOPING to go see either Gone or The Lorax! Or maybe both! ;)

Yesterday for lunch Brandon got Chili's to go and we went to my parents to hang out. I went and picked up Jax and as soon as we got there he ran to the back door looking for grandma and grandpa! He just loves them so much :)

When I came home from work I found a lovely surprise in my closet! A new shoe rack that Brandon made me!

All it is, is a piece of plywood and some crown molding! I'm sure more work then it sounds. I love it so much! I have a pretty great husband! ;)

Last night we took the first walk of the year. It was so nice outside and Jax was pooped after!
