Fourth of July

Hey ya'll...Happy Thursday! Hope ya'll had a great Fourth. 

We did and ate, as usual, too much!

We invited mom and dad over to eat. And then decided to invite mawmaw & pawpaw over to eat with us and so they could check out the new house!

This was mine and Brandon's first Fourth spent together!

I got creative and FINALLY made a wreath for the front door. I tried making one once and failed, miserably. But I gathered the stuff and made one for our new house!

Got this cute flag at Hobby Lobby 30% off!

Had to get festive with the nayol! Love it.

Outfit of the day.

 Cesar Whole Wheat Pasta Salad

Ingredients:

1 lb whole wheat pasta 

1 envelope Italian dressing, dry

2 cups grape/cherry tomatoes

1 box spring/romaine lettuce

4 cups croutons

2 cups grated Parmesan cheese

1 bottle cesar dressing

Directions:

1. Boil & drain pasta and place in tupperware

2. Add dry italian dressing packet and 1/2 bottle cesar, stir. Let sit over night.

3. Before serving add lettuce, crutons, cheese, tomatoes, and rest of dressing.

4. Enjoy!

Momma brought over a lime sherbert and fruit pizza.

They were both... amazing! Perfect summer sweet treat!

After dinner we were all super lazy and lounging around. Jaxon shared his bone with his grandpa.

 View from our backyard. Beautiful! And YES those are storm clouds! We've got a drought going on. we can't even grill {unless it's propane} and wash our cars or water the grass {only 8pm-4am Monday & Thursday}! Luckily it rained for a straight 45 minutes! It stormed too, which was nice! :)

We were planning on going to watch the fireworks at Ft. Campbell, but unfortunately got fat and lazy and wanted to have date night at home! So we went to Redbox and rented 21 Jump Street and ordered pizza!

This movie was absolutely hilarious, but lots of language. BOO! Why do they always do that?!
