It's Friday! Excited for the weekend coming up. It's going to be a great one!
Dear Brandon, I love you. And your sense of humor...
Dear Jax, I know that you don't quite know you're a dog yet, which is fine with me. I'm glad that you finally get the idea of standing to look over the deck into the yard and field behind the house so you can see all the birds. You've gotten really good at sneaking up on them. Maybe one day you can catch ya one!
Thanks for behaving at Community Group...
Even if it means passing out in the middle of the living room. ;)
Dear Michael, I love that Dad passed on some of our greatest two traits; ADD & ADHD.
It definitely makes our conversations a lot more fun!
Dear Christmas, ...what?! I know you're going to sneak up like you always do! I'm excited for you to be here in a few short months so I can spend a whole month reciting Elf-line by line, and singing Christmas songs, baking, and enjoying everything about the Christmas.
Today I have a customer named Francisco .. and I said, 'Oh! That's fun to say!'
Dear Grace Community Church, I'm so excited for Operation Serve tomorrow! Usually I sign up to help paint faces at the different Block Parties in town, but this time I've signed up for an Extreme Home Make Over! I'm so excited to help bless this special family that God has put in our lives. Gonna be gettin' my paint on! I also really enjoyed this video from last weeks sermon. It really spoke to my heart and made me realize what one simple conversation and gesture can do. So touching.
Dear God, You are moving and shaking in my life and I'm loving it. The books that you have lead me to lately are so encouraging and keep me on my toes. I love reading the ones about relationships and how to make them stronger through you. How to positively deal with conflict, how to find heart connections through the dramatic differences, fighting off temptation and anything else the devil throws our way. Good stuff.
The little lessons that I have been learning reminds me of two of my favorite videos that we watched a few years back when I was helping with the Youth Group at church... So funny! Brandon and I have had both of these conversation, numerous times. I think that's why I find it so hilarious.
Oh the difference in men and women...
Ahh I can't wait for Christmas either! I always say I"m going to shop early and that never happens!
