It's Wednesday and I can see the weekend right around the corner!
Today I'm linking up with Jamie for
I'm loving that this Friday me and Brandon are taking time to have a date night! Since he was gone for a week and then got back late Saturday night, it's gonna be nice to have some 'us' time! :)
I'm loving my sweet Jax! Although... he has been a terror the past week or two. He will be two in March. Have the terrible two's already begun? Lord, I hope not! I won't be able to make it!
This morning I was upstairs doing Insanity in the bonus room and well...
He was trying to have a convo {right picture}
& trying to give me hugs at the same time (both pictures)
And I'm all, 'Jax.. it's 5:30 AM.. go back to sleep with your daddy!'
Then, he kept 'accidentally' shoving his ball under the TV stand so I would have to stop my workout and get it. If I didn't get it he would lay there complaining until I got it.
To top it all off, I had 6 minutes to go and had 20 seconds left of a stretch I was holding and then Jax decided to step on the power strip 'off' button and the whole TV and DVD player shut down.
Great workout this morning!
Speaking of working out/health...
I'M LOVING the 24 Day Challenge!!!!
Brandon and I are on day SIX of the 24 Day Challenge and we feel AWESOME!
Brandon has lost 11 pounds already, he's sleeping better, not as groggy, and I can't even tell you how many times he's told me how great he feels over all! Less bloated, heavy, really energetic, etc.
My energy levels are up, I feel great, I'm sleeping better, and I'm down 6 lbs! Even though, I'm not trying to lose weight, doing this {extremely uneventful-YAY!} cleanse, I'm flushing out the junk {literally} that's built up in my intestines! Since I'm still in the cleanse phase {days 1-10} I'm so eager to get to the lean in 13 max phase {11-24}, because that's where all the magic is going to happen!
Am I eating? Ha! You must not know me. I am from the country. I have to have my good food!
Examples of what I'm eating:
Meal 2 of the Day:
1 green apple and 12 almonds chopped with a little bit of splenda sprinkled over top. Yum!
Dinner on Tuesday night:
{recipe from the 24 Day Challenge cook book}
Slow cooker chicken burritos over a salad!
Dinner on Monday night:
{Also from the 24 Day Challenge cookbook!}
Chili w/ ground turkey
We are still getting to enjoy life and through Advocare and the 24 Day Challenge cookbook, it's taught us how to make wiser choices when it comes to making food and grocery shopping!
If you want more info on the Challenge, go to our Advocare page.
I'm loving our new friends we met through Advocare! So blessed to be working with such an awesome team. Grateful that God put them into our lives. Loving the success CD they sent us!
I'm loving that tonight Brandon and I are co-hosting {for the first time}an Advocare webinar! Mine and Brandon's lives have already changed so much through Advocare in just a short two weeks that we are so thankful we took the time to set through our first webinar and learn what Advocare was all about. Funny thing is, we almost backed out. So glad we didn't! Join in tonight in the comfort of your own home. Give us 40 minutes. You won't regret it!

Happy Wednesday, ya'll!
Ok--where can I get some of this 24 day challenge stuff?!?! Looks awesome! I have been trying to 'juice' this week after a weekend of Christmas partying and I just miss food too much! My husband is in medical school and I told him about your 'spark' that you said it keeps you focused and gives you lots of energy! All of his friends take adderal and he doesn't want to put that in his body and would love to try the spark! If you could e-mail me more info, that'd be GREAT! brookelynsharpe@gmail.com
