A few weeks ago we ordered a 'starter' gym from Rogue. So excited to have crossfit equipment at the house for practicing form and technique along with having some stuff to do a quick WOD at home if our schedules too crammed to get to the box. We were so excited when it finally arrived! We generally just built us a gym that we could do basic WOD's with.
Foam roller, mobility bands, ab mat, lacrosse balls, kettle bells.

A Rogue box that can be three different heights for box jumps. {Or step ups when you're prego;)}
His & hers bars with weight.
iPod Speaker Bar for good beats.
A pull up bar
Hung up a dry erase board for writing WOD's and PR Scores
And of course some floor mats
We still have a few things on the list we want to get, but for now this will definitely work! One more thing we need to get ASAP is a fan. It is smothering in the garage with no air flow.
We're so excited for our little gym. My favorite thing about it is that it's something we can enjoy doing together. It will be nice to have the option to throw up the pack and play in the garage and get in a quick workout when I don't have time to get to the box. I also love the personal training I get from Brandon. Learning form and technique is so important to make sure you're doing the workouts correctly and making sure you don't get any injuries! And it's nice to watch him work out from time to time. ;)
This is awesome!! Love the set up! We have a small set up in our basement and yes fans are a must!!
