It's hard to believe that I have a child. Like, a real life human living in the house with Brandon and I. So bizarre. Last night I was walking to the kitchen to grab some water before bed to take my Nighttime Recovery and walking through the dark silent house I was smacked in the face with, 'Wow! This is my house!' I'm an adult now and I have a house. But then I remembered directly on the floor above me is a soundly sleeping 4 month old that I (yes with a little help from Brandon) made! Does that ever happen to anyone else?
The past two weeks, Bennett has hit several milestones. I'm beginning to realize that he isn't just this little bundle that sleeps anymore. He's moving, alert, and ready to take on the world! With that being said.. here's his latest and greatest milestones!
He's starting to eat food! Just cereal mixed with formula so he can get used to an actual spoon. But still, a big deal. So, we pulled out the high chair. Little stinker.
First feeding while we were at Nana and Papa's on Saturday!
On Saturday night I cooked pork chops and stir fry veggies and we stuck Bennett in his high chair and ate at the table. It was really weird. Really awesome! But really weird. Even though he was sitting there drooling and chewing on his toy remote and we were eating.. it was fun! One of those, 'Wow, we have a child' moments.
We have feet! Did you know that? He's started doing baby crunches grabbing on his feet and toes. So funny!
Giggles with daddy. Always a sweet moment.
Look at this big boy on his rocker Brandon's Gram got him.
Note: You may see my hand in the pic. ;)

Snuggles before I leave for work. It's so hard saying bye to him in the morning! Love this chunk.
