Friday night we all went to dinner and one of my favorites came to join!

Saturday morning I made some wheat granola pancakes for breakfast. They were delish if I do say so myself! :)
We went swimming during the day with some great friends! I haven't laid out in a while so it was nice to get some sun! After a quick two in a half hours I was burnt! Whew!
After the pool and being in the sun it was definitely time for a nap..
After the nap we went out for a little shopping and a dinner date to Chili's that night. We went shopping with some gift cards we still have left over from wedding gifts. We got Jaxon some new dog bowls, he's growing out of the puppy ones. We got two white glass bowls. They're already broken....he's an aggressive eater obviously. On the hunt now for some more!

Sunday after church we went to lunch with mom and dad to Long Horn's! It's dad's favorite so of course we had to go again! Then we went over to mom and dad's to lounge around for the rest of the afternoon of course we had to bring Jax with!

Mom and I normally beat Brandon in the game of Trouble. We love to play it together and play it all time! What do you know, I won again. Green-me Yellow-mom Red-brandon. As you can see from the pieces, we whooped his butt. As usual!
After the game we had some pizza from Papa Murphey's. We had the BBQ chicken which is the special for the month of August, it was pretty good! This is the one I built, it was spiiiicy!
Sad the weekend is over, but glad this week has started! Only a 4 1/2 day work week and then it's off to my b-day weekend get away! Can't wait!! :)
