2 Dolla-Holla!

TWO...that's right $2.00 lunch is back at the BCM at APSU! In our special Internet Office at Jenkins and Wynne we've been counting down the weeks since school let out last May. It's finally time again and we are SO excited! Every Wednesday an organization donates food and the BCM receives the money and it goes towards the Baptist Christian Ministry. Great cause, if you ask me!

This week they had:

Hot Dog, Chips, Corn on the cob, Baked beans, & {ALWAYS} Dessert, and a drink!

Luckily my office is located just a short convenient walk across the street. See ya next Wednesday $2.00 lunch!



An update on Sweet Simba...

Morning!

Thursday night had a awesome Sheppard dinner over at mom's house. I got some fresh okra for free from a customer! So nice :)

Mom boiled the okra {YUM!} and also cooked, mashed potatoes, macarroni and cheese, rolls, and ribs-from the crock pot! Just a question...are you one of the 1 million fans of the 'Crock Pot Girls' on Facebook? Holy cow! I liked them on Tuesday and they had a total of 334,000+ fans and by Thursday night it was over a million! I can't believe the massive hit they have received. WOW! Can't wait till their official site gets up and going! I love my crock pot. :)

Here is dad. Spoiling him? No way!

&speaking of little Jax...he's teething. Oh, what an adventure this has been.

Since the 'Doggy tooth fairy' doesn't exist {sad}, I am still going to keep the baby teeth.
Oddly enough, I have found three of them! I hear most dogs swollow them or they just end up
missing, but here are his!

To help sooth his gums we have been giving him ice {popsicle-he knows what that means} and giving him raw hides. Any other ideas? I read to freeze chicken broth in ice cube trays, but ew! I don't want that mess all over my floors...




Today on my lunch break, I got my hair cut, {trimmed} just a smidge. Trying to grown this mane out! Man does it just feel better! I actually have this weekend off :) We were actually given a Holiday, yipee! So I am going to throughly enjoy my weekend off with a little girlfriend shopping time, try out some new recipes, and hang with the fam.
