SERIOUSLY?!

Ok, that's a little dramatic, but really OPI? You did me dirty. My all time favorite color has been changed. THX for the notification! NOT. Makes men blush has gone from a smooth nude to a shiny pinkish looking nude. Don't like. But, never fear my friends I have found a new obsession!

ESSIE♥

I have seen it a lot, but I just couldn't budge from my precious OPI. I LOVE Essie! To the side you will see the two colors I got and I am absolutely loving them. PERFECT fall colors. The gray is the best gray and it is looking pretty fab on the nail, I must say. I have yet to find a nude, but don't worry...I will and it will be Essie.



Recipes!

Lunch is always a pretty easy decision for me. It's either left overs, Subway, or chicken and veggies. Here's just an easy lunch idea, something new I slapped together this week.

Lettuce Tuna Wrap

Ingredients:
1 can of tuna
1 teaspoon of mayo
1 teaspoon of relish {rinse & drain}
3 large lettuce leaves

Directions:
1. Combine tuna, mayo, and relish
2. Put 1 tablespoon on lettuce, wrap, and enjoy


And here is something I made last weekend that's a {semi} healthy treat!

Pumpkin Spice Cake

Ingredients:
1 Box Spice Cake Mix
1 Can Pure Pumpkin (small can)
1/3 Cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
3 Eggs
Chopped Pecans (optional)

Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients together
2. Lightly grease a 9x13 in. pan
3. Spread cake mix in pan
4. Bake at 350 for 32-35 minutes
5. Top with cream cheese icing or for a healthier version add cool whip

Today at work I spent quite a bit of time working on a Women At The Wheel flyer. I love web design and being creative. I love arts and crafts and I love things that are different. But to be honest, nothing is more intimidating then a blank canvass. It's like writers block. But, great news! I made it through! Tonight Fran and I are going to a FRG meeting on post to speak with some women about our Women At The Wheel site. We're gonna be armed with goodies and can't wait to share our new website!
