SERIOUSLY. It's not even noon...

Let me tell you, I have had one ridiculous day. At 10:00 I said, really could anything else go wrong?

-Made it to the gym-that was a plus.
-Ended up running late-didn't have time to do my bible study.
-Sprayed water on myself-had to change my shirt.
-Had something strange happen with a customer at work-spent almost an hour working on ONE customer.
-Called to check on the order status of my riding boots. For the record: I ordered them Oct. 24th and they were to be shipped the 8th. Well, it's the 11th. Called JCPenny got put on hold for 10 minutes...then they hung up on me. {Rude} Called back, got put on hold for 8 minutes all for them to tell me they had been 'discontinued'. Are you not gonna call and tell me? {Rude}. The thought of me starting my riding boot search all over again was so depressing. I had found a NICE brand with a NICE, NICE price and even got the 10% off at the time because of a sale. AND free shipping!! Needless to say I was bummed.

To top it all off, Fran was late to work because Carter had a doctor's appointment and I couldn't vent at 8 like I normally do. {Rude}


&THEN... Fran came in and I got to cry and let allllll of my feelings out. Then I called mom and got to complain and vent a little more.

&THEN... Fran told me to see if any JCPenny's around had the boot in my size.

&THEN... After one hour of being put on hold, transferred, and explaining....


I HAVE A BEAUTIFUL TAUPE BOOT HEADED MY WAY!

I mean, that is a fab boot, huh?
Totally worth all the commotion. Now, I can't wait to get to heaven and ask God what lesson this was for? During it all I was like, 'God are you sure? I really really like this boot!!' He must like it too. ;)


&THEN & THEN & THEN... So Mom and I are on the phone and is like, 'I don't remember what they look like.' So I send her the link and she says, 'Amanda Michelle...I bought those the other day...'

Wanna know the funny thing? I helped her via text.

So, all that happened before noon. I mean, come on. But it's Friday and to shake off the 'bad' day...

I am LOVING my new hair do!
I haven't gotten my hair done professionally since July...eek. I know. I have been box dying it. I know, I know. So cheap and bad for my hair-but I only did it twice! So, I scheduled an apt with my friend and went dark-er and I put some peekaboo high lights in. My fave! I am beyond obsessed with it. Best thing is it's the Redken color-which is great!

I love peekaboos because no matter how my hair falls it always looks different!



Tonight I am having a MUCH NEEDED {obviously} girls night and I can not wait! Got dinner in the crock pot at home cookin away and some of my girls will be over tonight!
