Life Lately...

05 April 2012

I am a bit behind on blogging, so here's one big quick catch up!

When I left off from blogging, I was getting a cold. The cold turned into a sinus infection that lasted a few days. Fun stuff! But luckily it's over. I'm hoping that this is my one and only 'spring/allergy' funk!

Jax was sweet and cuddled with me when I was stuck on the couch trying to get well.

Green tea always feels good on a sand paper feeling throat.

Chicken Noodle Soup-only like it when I'm sick!

Got this free Lorax mustache app. So funny!

Loving protein shakes in the Magic Bullet. YUM!

Banana Muscle Milk! Great treat.

This past Friday night we had a double date at a friends house. This was a pic we took before. Love that sweet man of mine! ♥

We played corn hole. Sadly lost. We NEVER play corn hole though and I think this was actually the first time I ever played, seriously and on real boards, once I warmed up I did pretty well! Not sure what happened to Brandon, but I brought up the score towards the end!

Sunday we had Day Date. Fun times! We went to the Blackhorse after church for 'linner' then went to go see the movie Jump 21, didn't make it because we were having so much fun just spending time together. I mean, how can you spend quality time together staring at a screen for 2 hours? Can't.

Still loving my Michael Kors watch.

And loving my summer flip flops I got from Target! I went from a different pair, but ...they had almost NOTHING left. Currently waiting for them to stock back up, because I'm looking for two specific pairs!

Mom, showing off her new polish. ;)

Ok, totally love this movie.

We got our Love Fern for the year!

Love keeping up with a fern. Last year we didn't focus much on the outside of the house, because we had to fill up the inside, so this year we're gonna work on the outside! I've got a wreath I want to make, a chair idea, and then the fern will be on the other side of the door. DIY stuff to come!

Tuesday night we grilled out!
Pineapple Teriyaki Chicken, Sweet Potatoes, and Squash and Potatoes!

We have a beautiful view from our backyard of the sunset. This is only a part of the view.
