Amanda Forbes: What I'm Loving Wednesday!

Wednesday, yay! Happy Hump Day Everyone!

My favorite things about Wednesday are:

-Small Group every Wednesday night

-Half the week is over

& today I'm loving that for the first time in about a month I did Insanity.

It was...well, insane! Loved every minute of it though!

Monday I whipped up some Whole Wheat Hamburger Helper. I know, whole wheat? Sure it isn't as healthy as yummy {total sarcasm} chicken and vegetables, but still a quick meal! We're trying to eat as much food as we have in the house to prevent so much packing & unpacking-so hambuger helper it was! To make it a little extra good I added somethings to it! This was the Cheeseburger Macaroni, so I tossed in a few things and made it mexican, shocker! ;)

Mexican Whole Wheat Cheeseburger Hamburger Helper

Ingredients:

Green pepper {chopped}

Mexicorn

Black olives {chopped}

2 tbs chili powder

1 tbs ground cumin

1 tbs garlic powder

4 shredded corn tortillas

Directions:

1. Cook according to packing

2. While everything is cooking for 12 minutes throw in extra ingredients.

3. Let it sit and cook for about 15 minutes

4. Enjoy!

Monday after my swim was cut short :( thanks to the sound of thunder. Bummed, but I did get 50 laps in-so that's not too bad! I had to stop into Walmart to get a few groceries and had to snap this pic. The clouds were black and beautiful.

So, I'm loving that the packing has begun. Not really, I hate packing. I love to unpack-so I'm excited for that. The whole process is fun and exciting though! We're excited to be moving forward in our life with a giant new step. I'm excited to DE-JUNK. I'm talking trash can or yard sale pile. So-stay tuned for the fall because we will be joining mom's neighborhood yard sale! It's strange though, looking at a blank wall 200 times a day where the clock used to hang..

Poor Jaxon. He is so confused though! I will tell you one thing though, Brandon and I are beyond excited for him to finally have a house with a fenced in back yard to run in! We'll have to get some bird feeders out there so he can have something to run around and play with!

Loving this mudroom set up. Hooks on the walls, bench with under storage space, with a few pillows and a cushion. So cute, warm, and welcoming!

DIY Keyholder. Not a fan of the color or frame, but I do love the idea! Small and perfect habit so you never 'lose' your keys.

I'm loving the earrings hook. I made the one with the cork and it is not ideal. You have to jab the earring back into the cork and then it bends and um..is that even sanitary? Love this redo with the wire! Doing asap!
