What I'm Loving Wednesday!

09 January 2013

Hello Middle of the Week!

Today I'm linking up with Jamie for

I'm loving the Advocare Can You 24 workout DVD.
And the sweet letter the hubs left me yesterday morning! <3
I'm loving it because:
-I'm sore.
-It's only 24 minutes.
-Workout techniques are awesome!
-No equipment.
-I do it upstairs in my bonus room.
-VERY affordable!

I've done Insanity, Jillian, Leslie Sansone, Chris Freytag, etc.

This is by far my favorite.
It's high interval training {best way to get results/best type of workout}.
It's only 24 minutes {hello, I have a life!}.
No equipment {don't have to build an at home gym}.
Affordable {cha-ching!}.

I'm loving our new addition, Trigger!
The past 3 days have been potty training perfect! Mommy boot camp has officially began after a very frustrating weekend and so far everything has been great! So proud that this little guy has caught onto going potty outside. He's slowing showing more and more personality, but I can't wait to get to know him completely!

I'm loving how close these two are becoming.
At first, I was a little worried that Jax wouldn't like Trig. {Worrying mommy here} But they have done so great together. They play. And when they play, they play hard! They share bones. They take naps together. It's so sweet. I love it and I'm so glad that Jax has a friend!

 I'm loving the Bible App!
I've had this app for a LONG time and use it almost daily! I knew it had bible plans, but I never actually clicked them and went through them. I have a friend tell me about the 'Made To Crave' plan and how it would be awesome to share with our friends and family that's doing the 24 Day Challenge.

Here's an example of the plan.
Everyday it will send you a reminder on your phone to view the days devotional. It's got a few paragraph devotion + scripture for the day. It's so awesome! There are tons and tons of bible plans. Plans about parenting, family, marriage, reading the certain bible books in so many days, bible in a year, etc. etc.  So awesome and so glad I found it! + The app is free!

I'm loving Christian Radio. I listen to it all the time, but right before Christmas I found a new station in my area. Now I can bounce back and forth between Way FM 88.3 & K Love 97.1! While I was listening to K Love the other day I heard about a new challenge that they are doing called 'The 30 Day Challenge'. The rules of the challenge is to listen to christian radio for 30 days and see how it's impacted you. Plus, if you sign up and say you're doing it, you might get a prize! They give away gifts once an hour! Since I started listening to Christian radio my life has changed. I can't tell you how many times in life I turn back and think of something that I've heard. It's nice to have that extra cushion to lean on. Plus it's so uplifting and definitely gets my day going in the right way! No matter how late I'm running or how much milk I've spilt. ;)

I dare you to take the Challenge. Here is the link to the K Love Radio station to register and possibly win a prize just for listening! Trust me, you won't regret it. What have you got to lose? I can tell you won't thing.. you won't have to hear Alicia Keys singing about the girl that is still on fire.

Plus... Trash in trash out, right mom? ;)

Happy Wednesday friends!
