Seven Month Details

Oh Bennett Lane. You have changed so much this past month. I can't believe how big you are getting. I know they say it happens so fast, but it truly does! 8 months ago you were still growing in my belly and 6 months ago you were just a little bundle that was eating and sleeping. Today you are rolling around, babbling, and learning so much day in and day out.

Clothes: You are very true to size! Which makes shopping easy for all of us. You are currently in 6 month and 6-9 month and in a size 3 diaper. You are still long, because that's where you out grow your clothes first!

 

Health: The day after you turned 7 months old we took you to the doctor to find out the obvious.. you have allergies! The constantly runny nose and bed time cough seems all too familiar from my childhood days. We caught our first stomach bug. WE as in you and I. Thanks for sharing. :) You threw up twice. First time in the car seat and second time in the high chair. Those were fun to clean! First round of pedialite. Grape flavored and you sucked it down.

Diet: You little oinker! You always know when it's time to eat. You are on a very strict schedule. Wake up: 6oz. 4 hours later 4 oz and a jar of fruit. 3 hours later lunch time vegetable. 2 hours later 4 oz bottle. 4 hours later 4 oz bottle and jar of vegetable. Then a little bed time bottle. You love pears, bananas, applesauce, sweet potatoes, carrots. You are learning to like green beans and peas.

Sleep: Great! 8:00-6:30. Every night. Every now and then you will squirm between 5:30 and 6:00, but usually you find your wub and you're back to sleep!

Baby Gear Love: Activity cube, jumper, walker, wubanub, jogging stroller!!

Likes: Went for our first run with the jogging stroller and you loved it. Love to eat food. LOVE baths! Love to see your nana and papa and auntie stephanie. You smile at everything. You are such a happy baby! You love watching Jaxon and Trigger run around and play. You love to pet them. You absolutely 100% love Tow Mater. You could be having an off day, be cranky, teething, whatever the case may be and you can be jumping and watching some random show but as soon as Tow Mater's Tall Tales come on you are GLUED. Just staring. For 15-20 minutes straight. It doesn't matter what is going on around you, there is nothing but Tow Mater to see.

Dislikes: The nose sucker.. dun dun. Teething.

Crying: Teething, dirty diaper, gas.

Milestones: We have tooth number TWO! Being able to tuck and roll and roll and roll. Being able to roll over and shoot straight up on all fours! Rocking back and forth.. ready to crawl, just can't get those arms moving quite yet. You scream, randomly.. and talk a lot! Sitting up and reaching for everything around you. Backing up in your walker and trying to open the kitchen cabinets...uh...
