Check out these yummy pancakes I made!

Whole Wheat Banana Pancakes

Directions:
1/2 c. flour (all-purpose)
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
2/3 c. skim milk
1/2 c. mashed, ripe banana
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 egg, lightly beaten

Ingredients:
1. Combine first 5 ingredients. Stir well.
2. Combine milk and next 3 ingredients. Add to dry ingredients.
3. Stir until smooth.
4. Cook on low/medium.
*Yield: 9 (4 inch) pancakes.

Tennessee loves Halloween!

I actually almost broke my neck and got in a wreck because I thought something was wrong at this house I pass everyday... Nope just decorations. Awesome, right? Jason is sitting on the porch... creeeepy. Won't catch me trick or treating there!


Fall also means chaotic shopping/shoppers/crazy people everyone. Mom went shopping today and posted how she keeps her precious purse safe. Great idea if you ask me! Strap it down!

On my lunch break today I went by Krogers to pick up a sweet treat for my girls and I to enjoy after a long work week. Look at what I got us! Are you Team Edward or Team Jacob?

Hahaha...kidding. Didn't get those, but seriously? I guess someone is planning on having a Break Dawn Party. Interesting.
