IT'S FRIDAY FRIENDS!
I don't think I have been this excited, in a while! We have big plans for this weekend and I am beyond stoked! Good times are on their way!

Last night I tried out a new recipe. It was delicious!


Chicken Enchilada Lasagna

Ingredients:
3-4 chicken breasts OR 2 lbs ground beef
1 can tomato soup
1 can refried beans
1 cup salsa
2 cups shredded cheese
6-8 lasagna noodles OR 4-6 flour/corn tortillas

Directions:
1. Cook meat in skillet
2. Saute in onions and garlic in with meat
3. Add refried beans, tomato soup, and salsa. Let cook for 5 minutes.
4. Layer in pan: tortillas, meat, 1 cup cheese & repeat.
5. Bake on 350 for 30 minutes.
