The my sweet niece is FINALLY 18. My Lord, that is all we have heard about for the past year was her countdown. She has been so excited! It's hard to believe that a few short years ago she was this snaggle toothed little angel...

Mischievous little thing! I mean, look at that face!

This is by far my favorite school picture of her, ever! I wish she was that little again and I would snatch her up and kiss that fat cheek!

Now she is the same angel, just older, wiser, and ready to
be one independent woman!

When she was younger she was happiest cheering!

And the older she got a might say I had a little influence on her...

Today mom and I took her to lunch for a bday treat!

I got her the cutest card! Her present was a colored picture. Just kidding, but really. It was hint to her actual gift which is a date night with me to swirlz! She gets to pick the painting, so I'm excited to see what we get to paint! She loved it :)

I'm loving the sweet kisses I get from the boy!

I'm loving that I can say the word Simba and not get the lump in my throat and the tears in my eyes. Healing is a process and God is gliding me through. Still doesn't help the fact that I miss that sweet teddy bear face.

I'm also loving that today is the first day of the February photo challenge!

I'm not going to post my pictures daily, as I do not blog daily. I am going to upload randomly a bunch at a time, so keep watching for them! ;)



I'm loving that it's February and we are having some spring weather! Not getting too excited though, according to The Farmers Almanac, we're going to have a 'rough' February. We'll see!
But for today, I'll take this!

I'm loving {&excited!!!} that tonight Brandon and I start out new community group! Mom and dad are the leaders and I can not wait! I love being in a community group because we get to meet new friends, have fellowship with other christian couples, and we get to dig into our marriage! Very excited!


I'm loving that in less then a week I get to see the foot doctor.
PRAISE JESUS I AM READY TO RUN!
