I'm loving these cookies. My goodness they are delicious. Thanks to Fran for bringing them in, I had one! Nice afternoon treat for working so hard this week on diet & in the gym.


I'm loving this new recipe I came up with and cooked! It turned out amazing! 

Guilt & Carb Free Fajitas

Ingredients:
3-4 Chicken Breasts
1 pepper {sliced}
1/2 onion {sliced}
Olive Oil
Ground Cumin
Garlic Powder
Chili Powder

Directions:
1. Cut chicken breasts, pepper, and onions into strips.
2. Pour olive oil in pan.
3. Add in chicken and let cook 2-3 minutes
4. Add in seasonings {I just sprinkle in-not sure how much}
5. Add in peppers and onions and let cook for 8-10 minutes
6. Enjoy!

 I'm loving that I got back in the pool. Insanity and lifting legs heavy has killed my knees. So, I got in the pool Monday for a swim for the first time in months. It was brutal-but I saw a mile {66 laps} in 32 minutes. My goal was 30 minutes, so not too bad! I love that pool.


 I'm loving the recent intentional effort in our marriage. It makes such a difference when you actually put forth a get an extra smile. I loved walking in to this note on the microwave after the gym last night. :)


 I'm loving that even though it's Wednesday-today is my Thursday! Brandon and I are both taking an extra long weekend off work to celebrate our one year anniversary. One year married... where does the time go?!
