Motivate Me Monday

16 July 2012

Well, it's Monday. Back to work and real life.

Today I'm linking up with Amanda for

Ok ya'll. Cats out of the bag. I haven't worked out in like, over a month. What is going on with me?! In a funk I suppose + all the moving chaos that was going on. I've made every excuse in the book, ready to hear them?
'It's too hot to run!'
 'I don't have time.'
 'I have a headache.'
'I ate good all day!'
'I have to clean the house/I have laundry to do.'
'It's dark.'
'It's gonna rain.'
'There's to  many people in the weight room.'
'I hate the treadmill.'
Etc.

So, I'm done making excuses and this double chin coming in is not cute. Time to get back at it.

So, last night I had my last meal. RIP in my belly.

Pork chops, mashed potatoes, baked beans, mac & cheese, pasta salad, and crescent rolls loaded with pepper jack cheese. Yum. Topped it off with sherbet key lime pie!

Today it is back to behaving.
I am definitely not sad. I always sleep so much better, feel so much better, and am just more energized when I'm eating right and working out!

Had a shake for breakfast & grilled chicken salad for lunch.

Today my workout is running. Didn't make it up early this morning-long weekend-and needed the sleep a little bit more.

Here's my motivation for today...

This is because it's Monday..
And this is for all my excuses! Take that.
