Ok, by now everyone should know that I thrive for a good deal. I love it. I take after my grandpa being a 'tight wad/goodwill lover.' If you ask me-it's just being smart! I'd rather spend less on clothes so I can get more and still go out on a hot fancy date! Right? 

My mom's neighborhood had their annual Neighborhood Yard Sale.

That's all I got at the Yard Sale. Pretty good for $14!

Meet Bella, a Morkie!

Bella is 5 months old, potty trained, and was free to a good home!

If you're one of my faithful followers you'll remember the dreadful February post about Simba, our yorkie. Well, it's been almost 6 months and the timing was just perfect for them to add to their 'Empty Nest.'

How precious is she?! Mom's new little Diva.

Her and Jax are already the best of friends!

     

After my awesome finds at the Yard Sale, I'm pretty intrigued as to what I could find if I start yard sale-ing more often. I definitely think it's prime time being as it's fall!
