Baby Bennett Update!

Baby Bennett Update
25 Weeks!

How far along? 25 Weeks / 6 Months
Total weight gain: Last time I checked 14 lbs.
Maternity clothes? Half and half.
Stretch marks? Zero! {Right now}
Sleep: Same as before. I'm out by 9 and up at 5 on days I work out in the morning, 6:30ish on other days.
Best moment this week: I actually just felt Bennett kick my rib for the first time. That's the highest I've felt him. I say that it's so exciting right now, but I know that in a couple of months it won't be as exciting!
Miss anything? Sleeping on my belly, bending over easily to pick things up. Some things just aren't as easy with a soccer ball in the way!
Movement: Tons! More and more everyday.
Food cravings: I've actually laid off the starburst. Haven't had one in over a week. However, this salt water taffy that someone brought into work... different story!
Anything making you queasy or sick: Uncooked meat.
Gender: Boy!
Labor Signs: Nope.
Symptoms: Achy back. Shortness of breath at times.
Belly Button in or out? In. Although, it's not as deep as it once was!
Wedding rings on or off? On.
Happy or Moody most of the time: This week I've been pretty happy! :)
Looking forward to: Getting in the bed at night!

Bennett is beginning to get a little cramped in this small space he has.
He is now the size of a cauliflower! What?!
He is 1.5 lbs and is 13 1/2 inches long. No wonder I felt him up in my ribs!
My belly is the size of a soccer ball.
His hands and completely formed and developed.
His arms and legs are have grown almost the proportions they will be when he is born.
His eyes are opening this week. If I shine a flashlight on my belly he can see it! {Add to to-do list}
I told dad this and he said, 'Cool, he might have to put on his Scooby Doo sunglasses'. I told this same fun fact to my brother and he said, 'What about glow sticks?' Haha!
He's been able to hear things for several weeks, but now he can respond to the noises! {Also add watch silly-ville to to-do list so he can start to learn the words.}

Got this sweet onesie. I could NOT pass it up. We're trying not to buy much, but sometimes I just can't help it! Our little hunk!

Saw this DIY on Pinterest. Cut out a word using felt and hot glue it on a pillow. How easy! And cute! I think the word Bennett would look great on a pillow! ;)
